
Makes 24 scones
- 4 cups flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 8 tsp baking powder
- 2 cups whipping cream
- 3 Xlarge eggs
Mix dry ingredients together add whipping cream and eggs, just until mixed. Roll out dough 1/2 inch thick and bake at 350 F for 10 - 12 minutes.
We add shredded cheddar, you may add variations such as berries. These are really nice light scones that freeze well.
