Peak Season Adjustment for One Night Stays: We do accommodate one night stays at the Pepper Muffin, however in peak season our rate for a one night stay will increase by $10 per room. The Meadow will be $129 per night and the Mountain and River Rooms will be $139 per night based on double occupancy. Our posted rate reflects rates for two or more nights.

• Check in time is 4:00 p.m.
• Check out time is 11:00 a.m.
• Discounts – Pepper Muffin Country Inn provides discounts to:
a) Repeat corporate and business travelers
b) Guests who stay six (6) or more nights (discounts vary by season)
c) Multiple parties are invited to call to discuss group incentives and information.
• Reservation and Booking Policy: We require VISA, Mastercard or American Express particulars to hold a reservation.
• Cancellation Policy: We require a 7 day notice period during peak season and 48 hours during low and shoulder season. If cancellation occurs prior to the required notice period we will charge 50% of the full booking or the first night’s stay which ever is greater; unless we can rebook the room.
• Smoking is permitted on the outside deck only
• Visa, Mastercard, American Express and cash are accepted.
